•    The customer has to provide the correct shipping address. HVI Cycles is not responsible for wrong address.
•    The customer has to pay the delivery partner directly after the delivery of the product.

Returns & Exchanges:
•    No return or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that they order the correct model and size of the bike.

Warranty Info:
•    Direct manufacturer warranty for all bicycles for one year, only if there is any manufacturing defects.
•    Two-year warranty on battery/ motor and three-year warranty on frame for e-bikes
•    Warranty should be registered for all e-bikes
